As a former police officer, Mr. White brings a decade of law enforcement experience to your case. He believes in fighting tirelessly to defend every client’s rights, and be on his clients’ side when the cards seem stacked against them. Born in Ohio, Jeff grew up in Arizona, and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies (Business/Psychology) and a Minor in Sociology. He then attended the University of Arizona College of Law, with much of his coursework dedicated to criminal law and trial advocacy, and worked as a Law Clerk with the Pima County Attorney's Office. After graduating, Jeff worked as a Prosecutor in both Pima and Maricopa Counties, handling misdemeanor, traffic, and DUI cases, narcotics offenses, and violent/firearms related crimes. As both a Prosecutor and as a Defense Attorney, Jeff has handled numerous bench and jury trials ranging from a dog off its leash to aggravated assaults with weapons. Jeff joined the Law Offices of Brandon White in 2016, and currently oversees the Criminal/Traffic Division. An avid firearms enthusiast, Jeff also creates NFA trusts for clients wanting Class III firearms, and assists clients with restoring their gun rights.
